The Amigos Member Conference Online, Mobilizing Libraries, Designing Experiences, will focus on enhancing the quality of all the major service points in the patron experience in libraries of all types and sizes. Jason Griffey and Steven J. Bell will headline the event, with Jason speaking about mobile and personal digital devices and Steven discussing self-service. This conference brings together and examines these two important trends influencing patrons' expectations of libraries.
